We have one final update to release before the year is through, to ensure that our customers are ready for everything 2020 may have in store for them. v8.10 brings new, improved exception reporting, updated driver earning screens, plus upgraded integrations.
With the courier industry becoming ever more competitive, performance tracking is crucial to ensure that you stay ahead of your competition. Our new and improved exception reporting allows you to quickly and easily analyse your service levels, and identify issues before they become major problems. Based on the tracking events in your system, you can quickly create reports and charts based on different delivery events, such as ‘unable to locate’ and ‘in customs clearance’. These can then be looked into in detail, to find out if the errors are occurring due to something in your business process, or outside of your control. This information can empower you with the insight required to make informed operational changes, both internally and with your suppliers.
We have now made your driver payments more straightforward than ever. Our driver earnings screen allows you to quickly view the last three weeks of your drivers’ earnings, along with what they have earned so far that week, to allow you to easily highlight your drivers who need their earnings to be topped up. These details can either be viewed on your computer screen, or downloaded and printed. Our driver payments screen also allows you to automatically top-up their payments if they do not meet agreed-upon minimum earnings, and also allow you to schedule deductions, such as uniform and fines, on a time-frame that works for the both of you.
Our carrier integrations are constantly evolving so that you have access to the most up to date features and functionality. Our Parcelforce API now allows you to make both bookings and cancellations, you can now offer a tail-lift service via our Tuffnells integrations, returns are now available via DPD and Hermes, and SMS notifications are now available from Hermes too.
