Junior Software Developer

Metafour Asia is offering a full-time “Junior Software Developer” position for passionate Java programmers who like to work in an international company. Selected candidates will be working with an excellent team of experienced software developers to improve our Courier and Logistics SaaS products hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

 

Job responsibilities
–   Code primarily in Java and SpringBoot
–   Implement web interfaces using Thymeleaf and React
–   Follow Quality Assurance guidelines
–   Write technical documents and reports

Educational requirements
–   Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
–   Educational requirements can be relaxed for candidates with exceptional programming skills

Additional requirements
–   You must be good at Full-Stack web application development using Java and Spring Framework
–   You have demonstrable skills and solid knowledge on Java, SpringBoot, JavaScript and SQL, Thymeleaf and React

–   Good command over Software Development tools such as Eclipse, Spring Tools, VSCode, GitHub and Maven
–   Knowledge of Agile methodology, Micro services and AWS will be an added advantage.
Must be a good communicator and able to participate in an agile team environment

Job location
–   Dhaka (Uttara)

Salary
–   Tk. 25,000 – 35,000 (Monthly)
–   Salary depends on Individual’s skills and expertise.
–   Probation Period: 6 months (May be relaxed for outstanding performers)
